The Brief of Our Company:
Our company was founded in Ceraso (SA), in Cilento and here, the Iannicelli's family, has carried on the ancient tradition of the cultivation of olive trees for the production of refined quality oil. In the labels of olive oil "Sopraffino di Ceraso" and "Finissimo di Ceraso" the ancient brands of the Iannicelli family that already in 1800 boasted the prestige of managing an export activity that allowed them to cross the oceans. Methods of cultivation, fertilization and protection of plants still completely natural today, olive harvesting in the peak period of quality yield and rapid delivery of the fruit to the mill are the key elements that have allowed us to achieve the high standard of production handed dow n from generation to generation.
